Co-Founder | Director of Property Experience & Development
Sheneese House-Johnson is a certified property manager (CAM) with over 12 years of experience in property management, client relations, and real estate transformation. Known for her customer-first mindset and strategic execution, Sheneese specializes in luxury rentals, short-term stays, and revitalizing distressed properties into welcoming, high-quality homes.
Having once relied on the Richmond Redevelopment & Housing Authority’s Section 8 program and food assistance, Sheneese has a personal understanding of the critical need for accessible, dignified living environments. As a proud wife, mother of six, and trusted business partner to her accountant sister, she seamlessly blends family values with professional excellence—bringing warmth, integrity, and approachability to every property she manages. Her unique ability to balance big-picture vision with attention to the smallest details sets her apart in an industry where the resident experience is everything.
With deep financial insight and a passion for design-forward, livable spaces, Sheneese is committed to reshaping residential living. She believes luxury should be personal, attainable, and centered on real people living real lives.
Patricia (Pat) Raines, BS, MA
Co-Founder | Director of Client Experience & Operations
Patricia Raines is an experienced accounting and operations professional with over 21 years of expertise across accounting, higher education, and customer service. Holding a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Master’s in Economics, Pat brings both analytical rigor and operational excellence to every aspect of her work.
A former recipient of government housing and food assistance, Pat understands firsthand the importance of accessible, dignified living spaces. Her passion for service is deeply personal—shaped by her professional journey and strengthened by a close bond with her sister, a certified property manager. Together, they are building a business designed to serve clients from all walks of life—professionals, families, and individuals seeking comfort, quality, and care in both short- and long-term stays.
Pat has led operations at two higher education institutions, managing complex systems with precision and heart. As a mother of six and a dedicated wife, she has mastered the art of multitasking, scheduling, and prioritizing the needs of many—all with grace and attention to detail.
Her mission? To make every guest experience personal, seamless, and exceptional. With Pat at the helm of operations, no detail is overlooked, and no guest is just a number.
